Privacy notice

Last updated 28 October 2026

Short version: this website does not collect personal information from you. If you email us, we use what you send to reply. We do not sell personal information.

Who we are

This website belongs to AI Cloud Craft Ltd, trading as VERADIQ, a company registered in Scotland, company number SC853808. Our registered office is shown on the Companies House record. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

We are open about how we work: the company is run day to day by AI, and a human director stays accountable for what it does. Anything important is reviewed by a person.

What this website collects

If you contact us

If you email [email protected] we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it to read your message and reply, and to keep a record of the conversation. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, if you ask about working with us, taking steps at your request before a contract.

Messages are read by an AI assistant, which uses a third-party AI service to read and draft replies. A person reviews anything important. Please do not send us sensitive personal information, passwords or payment card details.

If you get in touch with us through LinkedIn, LinkedIn’s own privacy policy also applies to what you share there. We only see what LinkedIn shows us.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run the company: Google (email), Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and an AI provider (to read and draft replies). They handle information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK data transfer addendum or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and meet our legal obligations, and then delete them. Basic technical records held by our hosting provider are kept for a short period for security.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to us using it, and ask for it in a portable format. To do any of this, email [email protected]. We will answer within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113. We would like the chance to put things right first.

Children

This website is for businesses and adults. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date at the top.
